Spirits are high in this dog art of Ned Sniffington and friends at the carnival anticipating an epic shower of blessings from the sky. Shame the wind blew contrary to the weather forecast and the giant balloon would never show. Rex and three clowns in rainbow-suits were last seen drifting far out to sea. So much for sliced salamis from heaven; for all the pups - it’ll be free baloney from the hot-dog stand!
